The music in this album outlines how I’ve been coping with depression from the point I was made aware I had it (Fall 2017). The music begins with a song I wrote when I was prescribed bad medication. A prescription that made me feel worse than I ever felt before (Song 1. Get Me Off This). And the album ends with how I felt last summer, trying to connect with myself in a new healthy way (Song 9. This Moment).
It has been quite a journey for me. But I’m so glad I can share it with you.
